Delivery
What is the status of my delivery?
We work with EVRI to deliver bibs to you. EVRI will email you with your parcel tracking number which you can use on their site to check the status of your delivery.
I haven’t received my delivery.
Drool bibs are shipped and tracked with EVRI. Please get in touch with our customer service team with your order details (order number, name and tracking information) and we’ll track down your missing order, or send you out a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will inform you whether cancellation is possible.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) within 28 days of receipt, provided that products are in unused condition. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us our customer service team at hello@droolkids.co.uk and include your order #, name, product details and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product. We will deduct delivery costs from your refund and you will be responsible for return delivery costs.
What is your exchange policy?
We don’t currently offer exchanges. You can return your original order for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) within 28 days of receipt. If you wish to purchase another product, you can place a separate order.
FAQs
What are the care instructions?
Drool bibs should be washed at 40C with similar colours, and can be tumble dried for maximum softness. Reshape whilst damp to maintain shape.
Can I change my order once placed?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your original order and make a new order in its place. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will inform you whether cancellation of your original order is possible.
My order is damaged/faulty.
If your order arrived damaged or faulty, please get in touch with our customer service team within 7 days of receipt and we’ll sort out a replacement.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We’d love to but this isn’t something we offer right now. Keep an eye on the website as we’re hoping to offer them soon.
Where are Drool bibs made?
Drool bibs are made in Uttar-Pradesh in India. We work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure our bibs are mindfully and ethically made, and meet the highest standards of manufacture for children’s clothing.
